In order to involve regional interest groups in the project, a focus group workshop for Austrian representatives took place at the FH Kufstein. The aim was to achieve two main objectives: firstly, to inform the stakeholders about the objectives and activities of the BeSoGreat project, and secondly, to involve them in a discussion in order to gain valuable insights from their perspective into the biocomposite spent grains and its market potential.
