On September 19, 2024, the first Focus Group of the Interreg ITALY-AUSTRIA project BeSoGreat took place at the Polo Tecnologico Alto Adriatico in Pordenone. During this event, Italian partners (COMET, DEROMA, and CROSSING) presented the BSG-BC biocomposite to industry experts and regional stakeholders. This innovative material, developed to repurpose spent brewer’s grains, was examined for
