Borgo Decimo (PN), Italy — 18 March 2026 — The Interreg Italy–Austria project BeSoGreat is pleased to invite stakeholders to its final event, taking place on Tuesday, 18 March 2026, starting at 4:00 PM, at Agribirrificio Borgo Decimo (PN) in Italy. Participants may join in person or online.
The event will present the key results of the BeSoGreat project and explore how beer spent grain—a by-product of brewing—can become a new resource for industry, with a particular focus on injection moulding and additive manufacturing (3D printing) applications.
A second key session will look at the ongoing transformation of the plastics sector. Through case studies and testimonials from Italian and Austrian companies, the programme will examine how the industry is evolving, which key drivers are shaping this transition, and which challenges companies are currently facing.
Following the technical presentations, the event will continue with an informal networking session, including a craft beer tasting at the brewery.
Participation is free of charge, but registration is required: Registration
